Holds funds without warning
PayPal froze my account for 21 days with no explanation. Eventually resolved but very stressful. Works fine for normal transactions but be careful with large amounts.

Terrible dispute resolution
Seller sent empty box, PayPal sided with them despite photo evidence. Lost $180. Will use credit card chargebacks directly in future.
